Salad





Healthy and nutritious salad made of sprouted black gram
Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsps Garlic, crushed
Salt according to taste
2 tsps Green Chillies, crushed
1 ½ cup Black Gram, sprouted
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Sautee crushed garlic and add sprouts, salt and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and green chillies.
